BOSS is leaving the office behind and breaking out of the corporate pattern for Spring/Summer 2025.
During Milan Fashion Week, BOSS presented its “Out of Office” collection with contemporary styles to suit the 24/7 lifestyle of a BOSS — reinventing the 5 to 9 with outfits that seamlessly transition from in-office to dinner with your friends.
Casual and comfortable looks break away from the bustle of modern life, creating space to decompress. The collection features innovative elements such as three-button suits, raised trouser hems, and premium fabrics like wool, satin, and leather. Accessories like yoga mats and tennis racket bags add a sporty, clocked-out touch to the collection. Elegant draping and wrapped construction created fluid and laid-back silhouettes.
To bring the out of office runway looks to life, BOSS transformed Milan’s iconic Palazzo del Senato into a botanical oasis. Surrounded by a lush green landscape, guests escaped the bustle of urban life and reconnected with nature, as models walked a mirrored runway through tall grasses.
The diverse runway cast was led by BOSS brand ambassador Taylor Fritz, and included Alica Schmidt, Matteo Berrettini, Miles Chamley-Watson, Khaby Lame, and Mew Suppasit. David Beckham sat in the front row alongside other VIP guests like Kaya Scodelario, Khalid, Maia Mitchell, and Micheal Ward.
“For Spring/Summer 2025 we’ve reinvented suiting with a softer approach, where the silhouette is dictated by the wearer’s body, leaving more room for freedom and expression of individuality.” — Marco Falcioni, Senior Vice President Creative Direction at HUGO BOSS
With the latest collection, BOSS is rewriting the rules of corporate fashion, hitting the reset button, and challenging the status quo with a new approach to corporate work structure — one fit for the BOSSes of tomorrow.
