Our DE&I ambition lives and breathes through MIX & MATCH. Commonly used in the fashion industry, the term MIX & MATCH is about combining very different things that nevertheless go well together. Achieving maximum creativity and results by mixing styles, colors and fabrics.

  • TASK FORCE – The Diversity Task Force creates spaces where diverse perspectives are visible, heard, and valued. It brings colleagues together to actively shape an inclusive culture—beyond formal structures—by amplifying authentic employee voices and fostering open exchange across the organization. Operating through independent, community‑driven formats, the Task Force strengthens engagement, trust, and credibility while complementing our broader DE&I ambition at HUGO BOSS. The Diversity Task Force focuses on the following key dimensions:
    • GENDER – Empowering women by addressing barriers and fostering equal opportunities.
    • QUEER – Championing inclusivity and acceptance and celebrating diversity in sexual orientation and gender identity.
    • CULTURE – Supporting colleagues from all cultural backgrounds and promoting respect, understanding, and the celebration of cultural traditions.
    • ABILITIES – Raising awareness of the challenges faced by individuals with different abilities and fostering an inclusive environment for all.
