How can we join forces and leverage cross-functional synergies for positive change in our textile value chains? Together with colleagues, experts from NGOs, academia and industry, and in particular our supply chain partners, we tackled this question at this year’s HUGO BOSS Stakeholder Dialog. The event took place on October 15 – 16 at the HUGO BOSS campus in Metzingen.
In addition to an update on the progress of our sustainability strategy, a deep dive into sustainable supply chain management at HUGO BOSS, and inspiring keynotes by external speakers, the event offered plenty of room for interactive discussions and exchanges.
In lively break-out panels and subsequent workshops, the participants focused on the topics of traceability, climate action, and workers’ wellbeing in textile supply chains. Together we worked on concrete ideas to drive decarbonization in the supply chain, support workers’ wellbeing with responsible purchasing practices, and further promote traceability in the supply chain through standardization and support for our suppliers.
The HUGO BOSS Stakeholder Dialog is a regular event hosted by the Company as a way to involve all stakeholder groups, and get feedback on the company’s sustainability efforts and exchange directly.
