At its meetings on November 28 and December 4, 2024, the Supervisory Board of HUGO BOSS AG dealt in detail with the publications in the Kronen Zeitung and other media and examined the allegations against Daniel Grieder.
On the basis of the available information and a thorough external legal analysis commissioned by the Supervisory Board, it came to the conclusion that the suspicions expressed in the press regarding a possible violation of insider trading regulations are unfounded. The Supervisory Board therefore expressed its continued confidence in Daniel Grieder as CEO.
