HUGO BOSS
at the CSD Parade

This year, we participated in Stuttgart's Christopher Street Day (CSD) Parade for the first time. Our participation is a milestone in our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) journey as a company, and marks a special occasion to stand united, celebrate diversity, and embrace love in all its forms.

CSD is a political demonstration that champions LGBTQIA+ and human rights and commemorates the 1969 Stonewall riots in New York. It also serves as a celebration to mark the hard-earned achievements of the LGBTQIA+ community. The motto for this year's march was: ‘‘Not with us! Together Safe and Strong!’’

The message was amplified by our special HUGO BOSS truck, designed to match the Progress Color Flag. Along with our Global Head of Diversity &Inclusion, Rashmi Verma, over 30 employees travelled in the truck, carrying our motto — ‘‘Trust your own way. Love your own way’’ — and more than 50 employees accompanied the parade on foot along the truck. They were all dressed in custom HUGO BOSS pride t-shirts. Our fun giveaways of socks from the BOSS Legends: Keith Haring collection strengthened our message with a touch of art and fun.

Our participation in the CSD supports our role as an employer that strongly believes in diversity, equity and inclusion and supports the LGBTQIA+ community. And our motto for the parade, ''Trust your own way. Love your own way'', combined our core value of trust with the pride message. We want to encourage people to trust in their strengths and talents. We also aim to generate more awareness on gender identity and sexual orientation, both, internally and externally.
