Our employees share their #BeYourOwnBOSS Journeys: BOSSes are not born, they are made! Being a BOSS is a journey, with all its twists and turns. This is the core message of the brand’s Spring/Summer 2023 campaign, which explores the strong foundation behind every BOSS, where every step of the way is meaningful. After all, a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

To celebrate BOSS’s Spring/Summer 23 campaign, we brought together a cast of the boldest, most inspiring BOSSes from around the world to share a ‘then and now’ photo collage comprising two photos: one as a child and one from today wearing our new monogram sweater. 

We believe that our employees are our biggest brand ambassadors, each of them is a true BOSS with a powerful story. This is why, apart from our global brand ambassadors and influencers, we reached out to our HUGO BOSS Family to join this exclusive cast and share their unique story with the world via social media, so they can empower others along the way.
