If an organization is a ship, then its leadership is what sets the ship’s course and navigates it. Each HUGO BOSS leader collaborates with their team on a daily basis to design, innovate and create solutions. Every one of them is unique and inspiring, with their own inimitable combination of intellect, knowledge, confidence, and charm. They are united by our motto: ‘we love fashion, we change fashion’.
This diversity is what sparked off our new video series ‘Desire to Inspire’. The quarterly series highlights the diversity of leadership at HUGO BOSS. The idea is to share leadership role models as a lighthouse for teams and aspiring leaders.
Comprising a fast-paced interview format, each video will feature a HUGO BOSS leader, who will share their perspective on the art of inspiration: from their go-to leadership principle to team management, dealing with failure, and their advice for aspiring leaders. The video series begins with Kristina Szász, Senior Vice President BOSS Womenswear.
Having begun her international career in fashion as a designer, Kristina steadily worked her way up to take on leadership roles as a brand director and vice president for international brands, before moving on to become chief product & marketing officer. She currently leads HUGO BOSS’s womenswear business as a senior vice president, after joining the company in September 2021. Through her role as Advisory Board Member, Amsterdam Fashion Academy; Jury Member, International Film Festival La Jolla, California; and Juror at the WGSN Global Fashion Awards, she has also had a wider impact on the fashion industry. It is equally interesting to note that she is fluent in several languages: English, German, Italian, Dutch, and French.
